Mr. Mohammed Al-Gholmy

Mr Al-Gholmy is a Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon based at Queen Alexandra University Hospitals NHS Trust.
His sub-specialties include jaw deformity surgery, skin cancer management, maxillofacial trauma, and dental and facial implant rehabilitation for patients recovering from cancer and trauma.
After qualifying as a dentist in 1994, Mr Al-Gholmy achieved Fellowship of the Faculty of Dental Surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 1998. He later earned his Medical Degree from Southampton University School of Medicine in 2004. His extensive training culminated in passing the Intercollegiate Board Examination in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, which secured his Consultant position in Portsmouth. He also serves as the Clinical Director for Intermediate Minor Oral Surgery across Thames Valley and Berkshire.
Recognised by the General Medical Council (GMC) as a trainer in all aspects of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Mr Al-Gholmy is an Educational Supervisor and Clinical Supervisor to Dental Core Trainees and Specialty Registrars in Oral Surgery and OMFS. He holds a Certificate in Postgraduate Medical Education, reflecting his commitment to the advancement of clinical training and education.
